Child Safety Standards
Last updated: 17 June 2026
Our commitment to child protection
MHELE: Morabaraba & 12 Morris (package com.kemlow.mhele) is a traditional-inspired board game published by Kemlow Capital. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, or any activity that exploits minors. These standards apply to every part of the app: local Bluetooth multiplayer, optional Google Play Games Services, in‑match chat, and any future online relay features.
App design & child‑safety safeguards
MHELE’s core design removes most vectors for child safety risks. We do NOT provide profiles, friend systems, public feeds, media uploads, or any way to share images, videos, or files with other users. Below is a detailed breakdown:
- No public or semi‑public user profiles — Players cannot create a public persona, bio, or avatar visible to strangers outside a match. Optional Play Games display name is only shown for leaderboards if the player signs in, and that data is managed by Google.
- Peer‑to‑peer chat only (transient) — During an active Bluetooth multiplayer match, players may exchange short text chat messages. These messages are sent directly between the two devices, are not stored or monitored by Kemlow Capital, and disappear once the match ends. There is no persistent messaging, no group chat, and no way to contact other users outside of an ongoing game session.
- No content hosting or file sharing — MHELE never lets users upload, post, or share images, videos, audio, or documents. All game assets are preloaded; players cannot insert external media.
- No live streaming, voice, or video calls — The app does not support any real-time voice/video communication or livestreaming features.
- Optional Play Games Services — Achievements and leaderboards are processed by Google’s infrastructure and are covered by Google’s own child safety and parental controls. The player can sign out at any time, and no Google account data is shared with us or third parties.
- No analytics or advertising SDKs — The current MHELE build contains no advertising, no crash reporting that sends personal data, and no analytics SDK that collects behaviour for profiling.
- Local progress only — All game stats, unlocked items, settings, and match history are stored exclusively on the player’s device and are never transmitted to Kemlow Capital servers (except optional Play Games sync when the user signs in).
Zero tolerance: prohibited child‑safety violations
Any use of MHELE: Morabaraba & 12 Morris that involves any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate reporting to law enforcement, Google Play, and child protection hotlines. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:
- Creating, sharing, distributing, requesting, or promoting CSAE / CSAM (any visual depiction of sexually explicit conduct involving a minor).
- Using the in‑match chat or any other communication channel to groom, sexually solicit, coerce, or exploit a minor.
- Sextortion: threatening to share intimate images or information to extort a child.
- Sharing links or references to external platforms that contain CSAE or child exploitation material.
- Using the app to arrange offline meetings with minors for abusive purposes.
- Any activity that violates applicable laws regarding child exploitation, abuse, or human trafficking.
We also prohibit harassment, bullying, hate speech, or any behaviour that endangers a minor’s emotional or physical well-being. Violations can be reported using the contact details below.
Reporting child‑safety concerns
If you become aware of any child safety risk, suspected CSAE/CSAM, grooming, or dangerous conduct occurring through MHELE, please report immediately. We treat every report with urgency, confidentiality where appropriate, and full cooperation with authorities.
teraflopspeedapps@gmail.com
Please include: "MHELE: Morabaraba & 12 Morris", description of the concern, any relevant match IDs/usernames (if known), screenshots (if safe to share), and your contact details for follow‑up. Do NOT send illegal content via email; describe what you observed.
You can also report child safety violations directly to Google Play using their flagging system, or to your local law enforcement / national hotline (e.g., NCMEC CyberTipline in the US). We encourage reporters to preserve any evidence and share it with authorities.
Review & response process
When a child safety report is submitted to teraflopspeedapps@gmail.com, Kemlow Capital’s designated safety team will follow this procedure:
- Acknowledgment — within 2 business days, we confirm receipt of the report and may request additional non‑sensitive information.
- Assessment — we evaluate whether the report indicates a violation of these standards, CSAE/CSAM, grooming, or child endangerment. We work with technical logs (where available) to identify abusive patterns.
- Immediate actions — if we confirm CSAE/CSAM, we will remove the offender’s ability to use multiplayer/chat features to the extent technically possible, preserve relevant metadata, and report to NCMEC, local authorities, and Google Play.
- Cooperation with authorities — we will cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations, including providing lawful access to non‑content data (e.g., timestamps, hashed identifiers).
- App‑side remediation — if a design flaw allows child‑safety risks, we commit to releasing a patch as soon as possible and notifying affected users.
- Transparency — we will respond to the reporter (unless prohibited by law) with the outcome of the investigation.
External content & third‑party platforms
MHELE does not display, link to, or aggregate external user‑generated content (no web views, no link previews, and no downloadable media other than standard game assets). Therefore, there is no mechanism for the app to fetch or show external images/videos from unknown sources. However, if a player manually mentions a dangerous link inside the transient match chat, we strongly advise not to click such links and to report the incident immediately. We cannot moderate peer‑to‑peer chat content in real time, but we will act upon credible reports.
Google Play Games Services may collect user IDs and achievement data as described in our Privacy Policy. Google maintains its own child safety standards and parental controls — parents are encouraged to review Google’s family settings.
User responsibilities & community expectations
By using MHELE: Morabaraba & 12 Morris, you agree to:
- Use the app only for lawful and non‑abusive purposes.
- Never communicate with minors in a sexually suggestive, exploitative, or predatory manner.
- Not share, request, or create any form of CSAE/CSAM through MHELE’s chat or any indirect means.
- Report known or suspected child exploitation immediately using the child safety contact.
- Respect that MHELE’s chat is transient, but messages are still subject to legal and safety oversight. Misuse can lead to permanent ban from all multiplayer features and referral to authorities.
Google Play Families & COPPA compliance note
MHELE does not target children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data (for instance, via email support), we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe their child has shared data with us can contact teraflopspeedapps@gmail.com.
Because Google Play Games Services may be used by children under parental consent via Family Link, the handling of child data for achievements and leaderboards is governed by Google’s Privacy Policy and age‑appropriate design. We do not add extra data collection on top of Google’s services.
Changes to these child safety standards
We may update this document when MHELE adds features that affect child safety (e.g., online relay with moderation, optional parental controls). Any material change will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage users and parents to review the standards periodically.
For general privacy questions or data deletion requests, please refer to our MHELE Privacy Policy and Data Safety Form.
