Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to All In One Status Saver, an Android application developed and operated by Kemlow Capital.

Kemlow Capital is committed to protecting children and maintaining a safe environment in accordance with Google Play policies and applicable laws.

1. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

All In One Status Saver and Kemlow Capital maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We strictly prohibit:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Grooming of minors
• Sexual exploitation of children
• Trafficking of minors
• Sexual solicitation involving children
• Any content that depicts, promotes, facilitates, or encourages child abuse
• Any activity that endangers the safety and wellbeing of minors

Any use of the application in connection with CSAE is prohibited and may result in immediate action, including reporting to appropriate authorities where required by law.

2. Application Functionality

All In One Status Saver is a utility application designed to help users save and manage media files available to them through supported platforms and local device storage.

The application:

• Does not provide public user profiles.
• Does not provide messaging functionality.
• Does not provide social networking features.
• Does not provide live streaming services.
• Does not host user-generated content.
• Does not facilitate communication between users.

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

If you become aware of content, behavior, or activity that may involve child exploitation, child abuse, grooming, or any other child safety concern, please contact us immediately.

Please provide sufficient details to assist our review, including relevant information, screenshots, or descriptions where appropriate and legally permissible.

4. Enforcement

Reports received will be reviewed as soon as reasonably possible.

Where appropriate, Kemlow Capital may:

• Investigate reported concerns.
• Remove or restrict offending functionality where applicable.
• Cooperate with Google Play investigations.
• Cooperate with law enforcement authorities.
• Comply with applicable child protection laws.

5. Ongoing Compliance

Kemlow Capital regularly reviews and updates its child safety practices to align with evolving legal requirements, industry best practices, and Google Play policies.

These standards may be updated periodically.
